CARIBBEAN PET JETS is pleased to partner with Life Unleashed to provide information on the required documentation for your pet’s travel.

Life Unleashed is a professional pet travel company and IPATA member. Life Unleashed assists veterinarians and pet parents navigate the complexities of health requirements, import permits and all of the necessary and complexities and protocol for pets traveling internationally.

Option 1 (additional fee)

Life Unleashed will provide the vet and pet parent with full veterinary consultation and support throughout the travel prep process, including sending detailed instructions to the veterinarian, pre-filling the health certificate, ensuring supporting documents meet requirements, provide guidance for export country endorsement, and obtain any required import permits from the island destination and provide advance notification of arrival.

$750 per pet

Option 2

As part of our service Caribbean Jet Pets will review your final health documents to ensure compliance for arrival approval. However, with this option we do not assist in obtaining the required paperwork for travel. You must work with your veterinarian and government agency directly to ensure you have the correct documents for your pet’s travel and obtain all import permits and meet protocol for island entry.
