When you arrive at your destination your aircraft will be met by the private Ground Handling Team.

UK REQUIREMENTS: To abide by the pet travel scheme required for all pets entering the UK, the animal reception team will board the aircraft prior to disembarking to perform the necessary clearance.  Quickly they will scan your pet’smicrochip and confirm the pre-cleared documentation for entry.

Your luggage will be off loaded and will join you in customs, and within minutes you will be on your way.
